Project in need of assistance!

I have to admit, I need people for this project of mine, any professionals out there that wants to get in game design? I have nothing to offer yet and I need to get it going for my dream to be a game designer. I can draw characters but I can't do backgrounds, program, engineer, or animate. I am in serious need and I'm open to suggestions, ideas, even free help if you can do any of the following. MUST BE REALLY GOOD. Thank to anyone who can help out.

Well I still got no money to get a new printer but I got my old one to scan but it still can't print out. That being said, I can load my new drawings at future dates maybe one or two at a time, I got a lot to upload since my last. So in the near futu...
